3.4.7 Simulation of Crop Disease Development and Plant Pest Propagation
Successful development of agriculture needs taking account of not only agrometeorological conditions for crop development but also the research into population dynamics of pests and diseases to predict their impact on agrophytocoenoses. The course aims at students’ mastering basic principles of modelling disease and pest population development on the basis of the studies of their biological peculiarities.
